Aji Mango White
In 2017, I received some Aji Mango pods. When I grew out the seeds the next season, some plants ripened to white rather than orange. The flavour is basically the same and the pods have been consistent and stable.

Carolina Reaper x Bishops Crown
In 2017, I bought some seedlings from a guy in Pickering. He had some unusual crosses, and this is one of them. The pods are fruity with strong Baccatum characteristics and a mild heat. I don't know where the Reaper genes went, but this feels all Bishops Crown to me.

Cayenne x Petit Marseillais
In 2022, I had a garden surprise when a few plants labelled "Petit Marseillais" produced long, red pods. I checked the 2021 Garden Map, and I figure it's a cross pollination with the Giant Red Cayenne.
Mild heat with a smoky, cherry flavour. It's only F1 for now, but I'll grow it out.

Ghost, White Peach
In 2021, some of the Peach Ghost plants had pods that ripened to white. Neither the Peach nor White Peach cultivars are stable yet.

Pimenta de Neyde x Red Ghost, Large White Pheno
Large pods with gnarly shapes and smooth walls. These pods are from F4 seeds.
The original seeds came from a red pod labelled "Peach Cream". I did a bit of research, and it appears to be an F3 cross between Pimenta de Neyde and a Red Ghost.

Scorpion, Mustard
In 2020, I bought a box of mixed Scorpion peppers to replace what I'd lost in an early frost. When I grew out the Yellow Scorpions the next season, some plants had pods that ripened into olive green with a patina of yellow underneath.
